If the user is being added to the community for the first time then any automations setup for the "user joined community" trigger will fire. This is not an invitation to the community, the user will need to login via emailed link or via social sign on.

If the group (or subgroup) selected is a product level group, the user will need to be a member of the group or the action will cause an error.
