Jumpcloud Integrations, Built by an AI Agent
Put Jumpcloud to work with AI and enterprise-grade automation
Google for Startups AcceleratorNo Jumpcloud connector? The Agent builds one.
Web search for Jumpcloud's public API docs, or hand over your own — either way, the Agent researches the real API surface and ships a working connector.
Try Knit FreeNot a block library. Real code.
Legacy automation tools like Zapier, Workato, and Make hand you a fixed library of pre-built steps to drag, drop, and configure around the edges. Knit's Integrations Agent writes real, custom Jumpcloud integration code for your exact logic.
Legacy iPaaS
- Fixed library of pre-built steps — drag, drop, configure around the edges
- Capped by whatever the vendor's already built
- AI features bolted on after the fact
Knit Integrations Agent
- Real, inspectable code for your exact Jumpcloud logic
- Auto-builds a missing Jumpcloud connector itself
- Native LLM connectors built in, not bolted on
from knit import Knit
client = Knit(api_key=KNIT_API_KEY)
@client.on("new-user")
def add_user_to_group(event):
return client.security_&_identity_tools.add_user_to_group(
integration_id=JUMPCLOUD_INTEGRATION_ID,
record_id=event["id"],
fields={
"source": "Jumpcloud",
"synced_at": event["updated_at"],
},
# ...maps the event to a real "Add User to Group" call
)

The real endpoints Knit's Agent can call to turn a plain-English use case into working Jumpcloud Integration code
Triggers when a new user is created in JumpCloud.
Triggers when a user changes state in JumpCloud (STAGED, ACTIVATED, or SUSPENDED). Changes are detected by polling: the first check only records a baseline without firing, and Detected At is when Zapier noticed the change, not when it happened in JumpCloud.
Adds a user to a JumpCloud user group so they receive the permissions and applications associated with that group. Adding a user who is already a member succeeds without changes.
Reactivates a suspended JumpCloud user, restoring their access. Reactivating a user who is already active succeeds without changes. This does not activate STAGED users (use the Activate Staged User action for that), and it does not reset MFA enrollment or login restrictions.
Suspends a JumpCloud user, revoking their access to JumpCloud-protected resources. Suspending an already-suspended user succeeds without changes, and STAGED users are also transitioned to SUSPENDED. Note: suspension blocks future requests but does not instantly terminate sessions that are already in flight.

Common questions about the Jumpcloud automation
Is there a pre-built Jumpcloud automation?
Not yet — Jumpcloud isn't in Knit's Unified API or MCP Servers catalog today, so there's no pre-built connector for it either. The Integrations Agent can build the real automation (and the connector powering it) on demand instead of you waiting on our roadmap.
How does the Agent actually build the Jumpcloud connector?
It researches Jumpcloud's real public API documentation — authentication, endpoints, data schema — and writes a working connector against that real surface. You can also upload your own docs if Jumpcloud's aren't public.
How long does it take?
Minutes to build a first working version, not weeks — you test it against real Jumpcloud data before it goes anywhere near production.
What happens after the Agent builds it?
You own it. It runs the same way any Knit-built connector does — you are not left maintaining hand-rolled integration code yourself.
Could Jumpcloud become a real pre-built connector later?
Yes — as apps get built and used through the Agent, the highest-demand ones are natural candidates to join the pre-built Unified API/MCP Servers catalog directly.
