Outseta Integrations, Built by an AI Agent
Put Outseta to work with AI and enterprise-grade automation
Google for Startups AcceleratorNo Outseta connector? The Agent builds one.
Web search for Outseta's public API docs, or hand over your own — either way, the Agent researches the real API surface and ships a working connector.
Try Knit FreeNot a block library. Real code.
Legacy automation tools like Zapier, Workato, and Make hand you a fixed library of pre-built steps to drag, drop, and configure around the edges. Knit's Integrations Agent writes real, custom Outseta integration code for your exact logic.
Legacy iPaaS
- Fixed library of pre-built steps — drag, drop, configure around the edges
- Capped by whatever the vendor's already built
- AI features bolted on after the fact
Knit Integrations Agent
- Real, inspectable code for your exact Outseta logic
- Auto-builds a missing Outseta connector itself
- Native LLM connectors built in, not bolted on
from knit import Knit
client = Knit(api_key=KNIT_API_KEY)
@client.on("account-subscription-started")
def add_account(event):
return client.crm.add_account(
integration_id=OUTSETA_INTEGRATION_ID,
record_id=event["id"],
fields={
"source": "Outseta",
"synced_at": event["updated_at"],
},
# ...maps the event to a real "Add Account" call
)
Example: illustrative of what the Agent generates from a plain-English prompt — real, inspectable, and yours to edit.

Triggers when a new subscription starts for an account
Triggers when an account is deleted
Triggers when a person is deleted
Triggers when a new account is created
Triggers when a new chat is received.
Triggers when a new deal is created
Allows you to create an account with an existing or new user. You can also specify a subscription.
This method allows you to record custom events associated to an account, people or deal. These activities would then show up on the activity feed of the corresponding entity and can be leveraged to trigger drip campaigns and other automation. For integration with drip campaigns make sure that what you pass in the Title property matches the start / stop value specified for the campaign. For engagement tracking Engagement use EntityType=1 as the engagement reports are all tied to accounts. Ensure that the EntityUid matches the Uid for the corresponding account that you want to tie the event to. For example, lets say you wanted to track engagement for a particular important action that a user takes using your product. Name the action performed in the Title, select 1 for Entity Type and make sure the EntityUid matches the account that performed the action.
Allows you to create a deal and optionally associate it with an account or a person.
This action creates a person in the Outseta CRM.
This action cancels the current subscription on an account in the Outseta CRM. By default, accounts with canceled subscriptions become expired at the end of their current terms. It is also possible to cancel the subscription immediately.

Common questions about the Outseta automation
Is there a pre-built Outseta automation?
Not yet — Outseta isn't in Knit's Unified API or MCP Servers catalog today, so there's no pre-built connector for it either. The Integrations Agent can build the real automation (and the connector powering it) on demand instead of you waiting on our roadmap.
How does the Agent actually build the Outseta connector?
It researches Outseta's real public API documentation — authentication, endpoints, data schema — and writes a working connector against that real surface. You can also upload your own docs if Outseta's aren't public.
How long does it take?
Minutes to build a first working version, not weeks — you test it against real Outseta data before it goes anywhere near production.
What happens after the Agent builds it?
You own it. It runs the same way any Knit-built connector does — you are not left maintaining hand-rolled integration code yourself.
Could Outseta become a real pre-built connector later?
Yes — as apps get built and used through the Agent, the highest-demand ones are natural candidates to join the pre-built Unified API/MCP Servers catalog directly.
