  1. Integration Service Fulfilment: Once the integration process     is initiated, our team works closely with your technical staff to ensure     that all connections are smoothly established with SaaS tools via our     Unified API. Our goal is to complete integrations swiftly and accurately.
  2. Onboarding:     Following the initiation of the integration process, we will provide a     personalized onboarding experience to ensure your team is fully equipped     to use our system. This includes training materials, system     demonstrations, and hands-on support to facilitate a smooth transition.
  3. 24/7     Integration Management: We provide ongoing support     throughout the integration process and beyond. Our dedicated team will be     available around the clock to assist with any issues, ensuring the system     remains functional and scalable as your needs grow.
  4. Documentation:     We provide precise, detailed documentation that is designed with     developers in mind. This will assist your team in maintaining the system     and troubleshooting any issues independently.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refunds:     Knit’s integration services are designed to meet your expectations.     However, if there are issues with the integration that can be attributed     to the Knit product and are not resolved within a reasonable period, we     offer a refund within 30 days of such issues being highlighted. Refunds     are only applicable to cases where Knit fails to deliver the agreed-upon service     as outlined in the initial agreement.
  2. Cancellation:     Once signed, you cannot cancel the subscription before the initially     agreed upon subscription term ends, unless Knit fails to deliver upon the     service as outlined in the initial agreement. Any work completed up to     that point will be charged accordingly.
  3. Non-refundable Items: Customizations made after the initiation of the     integration project, as well as any work related to the development of     custom front-end features, are non-refundable once completed.
